Sensitivity to gluten and lactose

Gluten and lactose intolerance are the most common digestive disorders in which the human body cannot break down foods containing grains and milk. This can be manifested by many symptoms - from mild abdominal pain and flatulence to diarrhea, abdominal cramps and bloody stools. Usually, intolerance does not appear unexpectedly, but as a result of frequent eating of foods.
Sensitivity to gluten and lactose occurs not only in intolerance, but also in a number of diseases that have similar symptoms and require a thorough diagnostic approach - analysis of history, clinical and laboratory data.
That is why we have developed test packages in which all the main conditions associated with gluten and lactose sensitivity are diagnosed at once:
- With intolerance, IgG4 antibodies to products containing gluten, as well as to gluten and lactose itself, are determined.
- In case of allergy, IgE antibodies to milk and products containing gluten are determined.
- If celiac disease is suspected, IgG antibodies to gliadin are determined. To establish the diagnosis of celiac disease, more in-depth examinations will be required, they are represented by packages Celiac disease №1, №2, №3, №6.
- With lactase deficiency, genetic predisposition (genotype) and the content of carbohydrates in feces, i.e., the body's ability to digest milk sugar, are investigated.
Only blood (capillary or venous) is needed to diagnose gluten sensitivity
To diagnose lactose sensitivity, you need: blood (capillary or venous), feces (1 teaspoon in a sterile container) and saliva (buccal scraping).
