What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
If a code is required, check that it has been applied successfully. Compare the actual offer with alternatives instead of focusing solely on the stated saving.

Ask which person's details belong in each required field. Confirm where purchase confirmations and subsequent updates will be sent.
